Meet the Team
Craig Dun is a highly experienced consultant with over 10 years’ experience working with organisations to set climate targets, manage carbon emissions, and develop pathways for carbon reduction.
Craig enjoys finding solutions to data management problems, and has extensive experience developing bespoke emissions models that allow organisations to manage their data, track emissions and monitor targets. He is a firm believer in the power of data visualisations to communicate complex data to lay audiences and makes frequent use of a range of visual communication methods.
Craig is continuously integrating new tools into the bespoke carbon management plans he designs for his clients. Crucially, he believes there is no ”one size fits all” when it comes to carbon management, and specialises in finding dynamic solutions to meet each organisations' specific needs.

Bespoke Carbon Management
At CLD Carbon, we understand that carbon management requires a comprehensive and bespoke approach.
It is impossible to implement effective carbon management without appropriate data management. We therefore begin by assessing your existing data management systems and establishing new structures where necessary.
We work with you to define your organisation's needs, expectations, and emission boundaries, and consider standard protocols and frameworks as we develop tailored carbon management tools.
After the establishment of an emissions baseline, a project register can developed to identify all potential avenues for carbon reduction. This allows us to make informed decisions about how and where to reduce your organisation’s carbon emissions.
Once the potential carbon impacts have been determined, we work with you to set carbon targets. These may be “Science Based”, “Net Zero”, a combination of both, or even your organisation’s own depending on what is realistic and achievable. Once set, targets provide a roadmap for your organisation's carbon management plan and can be reviewed as needed.
In addition to technical expertise, we are strong advocates of good governance for successful carbon management. That's why we work with you to establish accountability structures that assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure that progress is continuously monitored and evaluated.
